Sound easy?… because it is! And no, I’m not full of it. It’s actually quite simple to give your complexion a healthy and radiant glow, without having to slather tons of serums and creams (and whatnots) all over your face.
Ready?… here it is: EAT BERRIES!! – No joke!
Ever so often I get these spontaneous cravings for berries, and without fail, I always notice how healthy and radiant my complexion starts to look. And of course, every time I have stop and consider whether it’s due to a new skin care product or if it’s something I’ve eaten. So as I stop and ponder what it is that I’ve done differently, it always comes back to the berries.
So unless you are allergic or sensitive to berries, may I suggest you visit your local grocery store or farmers market and pick-up some yummy raspberries, strawberries or blueberries (or whatever berries you may fancy) and bask in the healthy glow… you won’t be sorry

I think it’s more beneficial when the fruit is fresh (uncooked)… otherwise it’s a good start.
I think I will make a smoothie at some point since my son and I love blueberries a lot.
