I am not much of a facial scrub fan (prefer peels/masks), but I must say that this lovely gem isn’t half bad. In fact, it’s not bad at all. The only other facial scrub I fancy – besides this one – is the Pangea Organics Scrub. And it’s not like I haven’t tried hundreds of other scrubs, it’s just that they all seem to do the same thing – as in, nothing! Or, they make my face look like a very ripe tomato – eek!
So, yes, I’m usually very picky about my facial scrubs (or scrubs in general) and somewhat hesitant to try just anything. However, as most of you may already know, my inner guinea pig doesn’t allow me to pass up on any new or unexplored opportunities regarding skin care… if anyone finds a cure for this disorder – let me know
Anyway, the Cell Ceuticals (much like the Pangea Organics) scrub gets the job done and gets it done right, without leaving me red-in-the-face and wondering why the heck I bothered with it in the first place. It’s abrasive like a proper scrub should be, yet it’s not abrasive enough to tear your epidermis a new one. It leaves the complexion soft, smooth, clean, and looking fresh. Just make sure to wet your face prior to use, otherwise it might feel a bit too rough; but I think this particular tidbit would apply to any scrub – right?
So if you happened to be looking for a new facial scrub/treatment, or maybe your inner guinea piglet is calling out to you, may I recommend that you give this lovely gem of a product a try.
